Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 5-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.

- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Product must be returned with original packaging
- A valid invoice is required
- Used products are not eligible for return or exchange
Eligible Cases for Return or Exchange
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following situations:
- Damaged product received
- Incorrect product delivered
- Spoiled or defective product
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 5 days of delivery by emailing:
Please include:
- Order number
- Invoice image
- 1 image of outer packaging
- 2 clear images of the product
Important:
- Only the affected item will be replaced
- Replacement will be processed after verification
- Response time is usually within 24 to 48 hours
Spoiled Product
If you believe the product is spoiled, please contact us within 5 days with:
- Order number
- Manufacturing or packaging date
- Clear images or video of the product
Important Note:
- Natural variations in taste, color, or texture are normal
- These variations do not qualify as defects
- Each batch may differ as products are made using natural ingredients
Return Pickup & Replacement
- Approved returns will be picked up from your delivery address
- Pickup schedule will be shared in advance
- Replacement product will be delivered within 3 to 5 days after pickup
Delivery Issues
For delivery-related concerns, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
